  Elara Caring’s Holding Hands Forever portrait program captures a bond that will forever be shared.
• Mindful CARE: Mental Health for Caregivers
  This program offers family caregivers tools, education, coping techniques and support toward mindful care and overall wellness.
• Need a Hand: Homemaker Services
  The Need a Hand program is a service that provides the hospice patient and family with that “extra hand” that is sometimes needed.
• Road Map Home: Transitioning from Hospital to Home

  This hospice enrichment program is the prescribed use of live music by a board-certified music therapist, which assists in alleviating physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological pain.
