Meet Crystal, the skilled home health Clinical Team Manager for Elara Caring in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Since joining Elara in April 2023 as Clinical Team Support for the Irving branch, she has quickly grown into a leadership role, taking on the responsibilities of Clinical Team Manager while continuing to provide hands-on support for her team and patients.

“The DFW market is incredibly diverse and fast-paced, with each neighborhood bringing its own set of needs and dynamics,” she says.

She loves knowing that the work her team does helps neighbors stay safe and cared for in their own homes.
