Todd said that during his 20 years in the military, he became a perfectionist, paying particular attention to the minute details. “Whether it was a 30,000 foot night jump, four-hour night dive or the need to make a 600 yard shot, on the first shot, the smallest of details became hugely important,” he told us.

“The best part of my job at Elara Caring is the interaction with the staff members in the branch office and getting to know my customers within my accounts.  Listening to a case manager discuss a particular patient’s needs and recommending a specific specialty program is very gratifying.”
