What is the We Definitely Care initiative?

We Definitely Care is a culture initiative that reinforces Elara Caring’s commitment to quality care and home health care patient satisfaction. Elara Caring home health team members take the four-part “Definitely Yes Pledge” to help them articulate (and patients recognize) our commitment to deliver excellent, safe, on-time, courteous, respectful, personalized care every day.

What are the goals of We Definitely Care?

We want Elara Caring home health team members to:

Believe Our Pledge
For each Team Member to take the “Definitely Yes Pledge” to heart

Speak Our Pledge
For each Team Member to state the pledge consistently and often to patients and their families

Live Our Pledge
For each Team Member to personally commit to using our pledge as a guiding light and put the promises of our pledge into action for every patient, every visit, every day.

What are the four pledges of We Definitely Care?

The “Definitely Yes Pledge” taken by home health care team members has four parts:

1. I pledge to DEFINITELY treat you with courtesy and respect.
2. I pledge to DEFINITELY keep you informed and up to date about your schedule and care.
3. I pledge to DEFINITELY help you safely stay wherever you call home.
4. I pledge to work tirelessly to meet your unique needs – DEFINTELY YES!
