Meet Suzanne, Area Vice President of Sales for Elara Caring in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Suzanne’s journey with Elara Caring began in 2017, when she joined the team as a Sales Account Executive. Her passion for connecting with people and commitment to making a difference quickly set her apart. Over the years, she has grown into leadership roles—first as Senior Account Executive, then as Area Sales Manager and today she proudly serves as Area Vice President for the DFW market.

For Suzanne, working in her hometown of Dallas–Fort Worth is deeply personal.

“I love serving the DFW metroplex! I’m not just doing a job, I’m contributing to the wellbeing of my hometown, and it’s so satisfying to do this for my local community,” she shares. “Helping someone face-to-face often feels more meaningful than a distant achievement. It’s rewarding when people greet you by name, recommend you or trust your advice because they know you and not just your organization.”

Her career at Elara Caring is fueled by values that align closely with her own. Each day, she embraces opportunities to uplift others and create an environment where people can thrive.

“Leading a team means I have the privilege of identifying and developing future leaders. Celebrating people and their accomplishments brings me joy!”
