This program allows eligible individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions to live independently at home or in the community instead of institutions. We can help with:

Personal Support: Help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
Home Support: Housekeeping, laundry, and meal/snack preparation
Short-term relief for caregivers
