Regardless of whether an Elara Caring employee’s job includes providing care in patients’ homes as a clinician or processing invoices in Accounts Payable every role has a significant impact on the lives touched by the care the organization provides. The Elara Caring Talent Acquisition team knows that truth and works diligently to take every need and role as a priority—as if those being hired were taking care of their own family members, and they very well could be.

The main focus of the Talent Acquisition team is to hire the best talent for all roles so that the organization can deliver on its mission, every time. However, another focus must be the willingness to change and adapt based on the needs of the nation, our patients, and the business—and that’s exactly what we are doing. The Talent Acquisition team of Elara Caring is changing, all to serve our internal clients better and ultimately our patients.
