Elara Caring Awarded Illinois Department of Aging Contract to Expand Home and Community-Based Services

Elara Caring, a leading provider of home-based care, announced it has been awarded a contract by the Illinois Department of Aging to provide home and community-based services starting December 1, 2025.

Physicians and other community referral sources can refer their clients for care by searching under the name “Shemanske, Inc, dba Elara Caring”.

Personal Care Services can help people age in place safely at home. These services include home safety, bathing or dressing, bathroom tasks, grocery shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and more.
